April 28 marks the World Day for Occupational Health and Safety, and it’s also a moment to reinforce what truly matters at thyssenkrupp Springs & Stabilizers: people. Through our we care days, we mobilize teams across our eight plants worldwide to strengthen a culture of safety, health, and well-being. Our teams conducted hands-on training, carried out risk assessments, and implemented immediate improvements. But as safety goes beyond prevention and also means caring for people, we promoted well-being initiatives worldwide, including health check-ups and assessments for employees, a flu vaccination campaign, participation in races, and hiking activities.
