Today is World Bicycle Day 🚴‍♂️ Cycling is a great way to keep fit and healthy, and it's good for the environment, too. That is why we as a company are happy to encourage our employees to cycle regularly. We support this in several ways. First, we offer a company bike leasing program, allowing employees to choose between standard bicycles and e-bikes, complemented by services such as insurance coverage. This offer has already proven to be very popular among our teams. In addition, we are once again taking part in the German-wide ‘Stadtradeln’ campaign, organised by the Klima-Bündnis network. Employees at many of our German locations can register for their municipality, track the kilometres they cycle, and contribute to their team’s overall performance. This initiative not only promotes sustainability but also strengthens team spirit and well-being.
