Recently, our team from #Gdańsk joined colleagues from #Bydgoszcz to represent #thyssenkruppGSG at the Your Future Job Fair, focusing on attracting candidates for our IT teams. During the event, we had the opportunity to engage not only with students but also with many experienced professionals interested in new career opportunities. We also used this occasion to connect in person and invest in #TeamBuilding and #TeamIntegration, which play a key role in strengthening collaboration across locations.
