From Brazil to Ennigerloh – activated clay in action 🙌   Great to have our partner Circlua from Belo Horizonte with us on site in Ennigerloh!   🔎 Nothing beats seeing progress up close: during their visit, the team dived straight into our ongoing material tests for the activated clay project. And yes – one detail everyone was especially curious about delivered perfectly: the clay color is right on track and exactly where we want it to be.   Together, we’re working on what will become the world’s largest activated clay plant (3,000 tpd) in Pará, Brazil. Using high-quality clay from the Carajás region (with up to 80% kaolinite), the plant will produce a premium supplementary cementitious material (SCM) for more sustainable cement. 🌱   🚀 What makes this project stand out? It’s not just the scale – it's the shared ambition to rethink materials and processes, and to unlock the full potential of local resources for a lower-carbon cement industry.   A special thank you to all our colleagues at thyssenkrupp Polysius – your expertise and dedication are key to making milestones like this possible. Strong collaboration, hands-on testing, and real progress you can see – that's how innovation moves forward. 👏   Thanks to the Circlua team for making the trip – we're excited for what’s ahead!   #thyssenkruppCalvion #ActivatedClay #Innovation #Sustainability #SCM #CementIndustry
