The Social Savannah works with 40 creators every week. Her system for managing and retaining them: Savannah runs The Social Savannah, producing 200+ Meta ads per week for around 50 clients. Her team includes 40 internal creators she works with every single week. Her competitive advantage? Long term creator relationships built on consistency and respect. "Some of my OG creators started with me back in 2021. Still going strong, creating for me in 2026. It's fun to see now some of them have babies and families and have really grown up" Here's how she built that: 1) Stop starting over every week Savannah doesn't find a new creator for each client each week. She has 40 creators covering all demographics, ages, male and female. When a client gives a target market brief, she matches it to someone already trained. "I don't have to start the process over every week of trying to find creators and negotiate prices and get them onboarded. I have these creators ready to go, fully trained." 2) Pay on time, stay organized "We pay on time. We're extremely organized. All of our creators appreciate that our briefs are so comprehensive." Sounds basic. Most agencies fail here. 3) Eliminate revision headaches "We don't ask for a lot of revisions. We say, hey, if you follow the brief, you won't have to give revisions. Clear is kind." 4) Offer weekly bonus opportunities "Something I've started is our creator of the week program where every week I offer a bonus to the creator who I feel provided the best footage of the week and then we highlight them to the whole team." 5) Give consistent work Creators want volume. Promise weekly work for those who deliver. "Pitch this as this could be like a many year thing for you. If you're good at this and we're vibing, let's keep doing it. That's much more motivating than trying to find a creator for a one and done concept, paying them a couple hundred bucks, and then they're on their way." So... Where can you find creators? TikTok hashtags for UGC creators. The Twitter UGC community. Casting sites like Backstage. Your real life network. And referrals, because UGC creators are typically well connected to other UGC creators. Savannah's philosophy is simple: "Don't make your relationships with creators transactional. You can bring them into your company and make them a big part of why you are successful." AND most importantly Treat your creators well! -- Ping me below if you know who made the OG clip!
