I made a Nordstrom ad "Sorry" ๐Ÿ˜‰ "404, creative not found" "Our entire budget went to excellent customer service" ๐Ÿ“Œ REMINDER: Hooks aren't just for meta ads. I apply the same framwork for customer comms. ๐Ÿ‘€ Why? Everyone is busy. We're locked in multi tasking. Probably half reading your message. So LEAD with the punch! Make people stop and pay attention. ๐Ÿงต My goal is always simple with CS comms: 1. Make it worth their attention 2. Generate value in the first sentence 3. Give immediate context after that (QUICKLY) VS If you start with context? People will never get to the value! Wes Kao has a GREAT framework for this: "Start right before you get eaten by the bear" ๐Ÿป โŒ DON'T DO THIS "We planned this camping trip to Yellowstone" ** 9 min of unnecessary context later ** "THEN we saw a giant grizzly" DO THIS โœ… "There I was, face to face with a grizzly..." Great ads do this. Great CS comms do this. Lead with hook > value > context. And jump to the part with the bear first. -- P.S.
