Thule’s Annual General Meeting brought shareholders together for a day of decisions and product inspiration. Two new board members were elected - Per-Arne Blomquist and Sara Molnar - in addition to the re-election of Hans Eckerström (Chairman), Johan Westman, Helene Willberg, Sandra Finér and Paul Gustavsson. A dividend of SEK 8.30 was resolved. The first payment of SEK 4.15 is expected on 19 May 2026, and the second payment of SEK 4.15 on 8 October 2026.
