Yet Another SKO Post… Just back from an incredible Redis Sales Kick Off in Madrid. A few days full of great conversations, customer stories, and that SKO energy you only get when teams from across the world come together in person. What really stood out is how Redis continues to operate like a true playbook company - with a proven GTM strategy, clear focus, and strong momentum as we scale from $300M ARR to $1B. On a personal note, I’m proud to have made President’s Club, alongside many other members of the wider Central-EMEA team. We are only getting started - this region has massive potential ahead.
