Today: 1 year at ManpowerGroup - 1 year in a true PEOPLE business.   Here are 3 things that energize me and keep me pushing for better:   ✅ A culture of trust & collaboration: from day one, I felt empowered to contribute. With genuine trust, offered by our country manager Eric Jeannerod and my Swiss Leadership Team peers as well as by our European Marketing Leader Gwenaelle de la Roche and my Marketing colleagues across countries.   ✅ The magic happens in every branch: our recruiters, consultants, and branch managers make it happen on the ground. My recent visits to Biel, Basel, Bern, Aarau, Zug -to name just a few- all gave me a real power boost. I'm so inspired to learn from all of you. Keep up the great work.   ✅ Our true purpose: our job is about making a positive difference in people's lives.
