🏥 Successful Philips PACS GoLive at CHU de Bordeaux — A Major Milestone! Last week marked a major milestone at #CHUdeBordeaux, one of France’s largest and most influential university hospitals — with more than 3,000 beds and 3 sites serving the entire Nouvelle‑Aquitaine region. We successfully completed the GoLive of the new Philips PACS platform, a strategic upgrade supporting radiology, oncology, neurology, mammography, and many more specialties. Our implementation team delivered with exceptional precision and teamwork: Mathias Marchand, TAM, whose long‑standing relationship with CHU Bordeaux was key to anticipating needs Emilie Hoogland, Project Manager, the true orchestrator of this complex multi‑site deployment Giovanna Nigro, Clinical Consultant from the Central Team, one of Europe’s most experienced PACS clinical experts Julien Bazin & Omar Boutalaka, our France Clinical Consultants, ensuring flawless clinical workflows Laurent Gourbeyre, Technical Consultant, one of the most skilled field engineers in France And myself, supporting as Implementation Team Lead Europe Minor issues were detected and resolved immediately, without disrupting radiologists’ workflows — a testament to the team’s reactivity and deep expertise. For five days, we maintained continuous, hands‑on support, ensuring clinicians felt confident, heard, and fully operational. The result? A smooth GoLive, satisfied users, and a PACS platform ready to support the hospital’s mission at scale. We now move into hypercare, staying closely aligned with CHU Bordeaux to guarantee stability and address all user requests. Proud of this team. Proud of this partnership.
