I told myself one thing at the start of 2025; I will not end the year without taking bold steps. The latter part of the year 2025 have been very fulfilling. And on 20th December, 2025, I achieved another milestone. With the support of my team and amazing people, the first edition of the Ideation Room happened. For 4 hours, we didn’t just talk about ideas but we built them, challenged them, tested them, refined them and took ownership of them. I opened the day with a session on “The Idea of Ideas” introducing participants to the origin, power and true responsibility of ideas. We moved into a Guided Ideation Exercise led by Mohammed Sherif Yakubu, tackling the art of Turning Problems into Ideas and helping participants reshape challenges into actionable opportunities. Michael Osei Frimpong delivered a revealing presentation by breaking down Efficient Ai Usage, with hands-on practices as well making participants ready for real-world application. After a refreshing break filled with light snacks, water, networking and a powerful performance by Dan Ali with the guitar, Beatrice Akosua Twum led the Idea Pitch Circle, where participants stepped into the spotlight, pitched their raw ideas and received instant feedback; refining thoughts into solutions. The final power session was delivered by Gideon Tabi Boadu, focusing on Practical Ideas for Business Success. It was a reflective session for participants and that session ended with participants wishing for it not to end. The energy in the room was undeniable. The ideas were powerful. The young people left the Ideation Room ready. Missed this one? No worries, more Ideation Rooms are coming and the next generation will not be left behind.
