✨Last month, I had the pleasure of attending the Cornerstone OnDemand Spark event, where I had the opportunity to present the journey of digitalizing the Performance Management process at Sarens on stage. Our approach focused on real-world application in a global environment. It was great to see how enthusiastically it was received by the audience! 🏆 highlight of the event was receiving the Award for Excellence in Performance Management on stage—an incredible recognition of the hard work and collaboration that the Sarens HR team put into this project.
