What a ride ! Proud to have co-led the RHU SHiVA from the start, a project that genuinely pushed the boundaries of our understanding and opened lasting perspectives for vascular brain health and prevention. A huge congratulations to Pr Stéphanie Debette, the PI who made it all happen. Her vision, her drive, her scientific standards, they set the bar for all of us. And none of this would have been possible without the incredible partner teams who showed up, delivered, and kept pushing. A warm thank you also to the operational and project management crew, the people behind the scenes who held everything together when things got complex (which was often). This isn't really an ending. The IHU VBHI picks up right where SHiVA leaves off, and honestly, the best work is still ahead of us.
