𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝘆. 500+ companies supported, from corporates to family-owned Mittelstand.  50 ventures co-created. 1000+ prototypes built.   And yet this doesn't feel like a retrospective - it feels like the start of something new.   Over the past decade, we've seen a simple pattern: when ideas are 𝗻𝗼𝘁 just 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱, but actually 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗱, new business models emerge, organizations shift, and family businesses as well as the Mittelstand unlock growth that wasn't visible before.   𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁: bringing the same execution mindset that drives transformation in large corporates to family businesses and the Mittelstand, where it's needed most.   We're also evolving how we show up as a company.  𝗔 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 is part of that journey. Not a visual brush up, but a reflection of how we've been working all along. Consider this a first glimpse.
