🔑 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲: 𝗔 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗩𝗩𝗔 & 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 Today’s 𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 format took us inside the world of EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH – a company that has been living “Innovation from Tradition” since 1919. A huge thank-you to the EVVA team for hosting us so warmly, sharing your story, and letting us peek behind the scenes during the production tour. Seeing how a company with over 100 years of history continues to innovate was truly inspiring. For the first time, we placed a focus on the Mittelstand – exploring how established, family-owned businesses continue to shape the future through courage, creativity, and collaboration. 1️⃣ Constantin Ehrlich-Adám kicked things off by showing how EVVA’s DNA blends 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀. 2️⃣ Peter Schliesselberger from MAXENERGY Österreich followed with insights into how 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 are driven in the energy sector. 3️⃣ One of the highlights: 𝗮 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗘𝗩𝗩𝗔’𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀. 4️⃣ Valentin led an interactive Breakout Session with Constantin, using the 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗽 to explore strategy and innovation in action. 5️⃣ The day wrapped up with a Fireside Chat featuring David Doppelreiter and Bertram List from 𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗺𝗯𝗛 - an honest and forward-looking exchange on how 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆.
