At VivaTech, LVMH debuted DreamGallery, an immersive showcase of how AI is applied across the group from design and traceability to client experience. Louis Vuitton partnered with Italian machinery firm Comelz using AI to create digital twins of leather hides and suggest optimal cutting patterns that artisans can accept or adjust so humans keep final control over craft decisions. Designers also use AI to test colors, visualize materials, and generate ecommerce assets while the brand deliberately keeps AI away from direct client adviser to shopper interactions. The story LVMH is pushing is that AI augments artisans, but humans are still in charge. This is exactly the kind of narrative future luxury customers want to hear. https://lnkd.in/gY5ieTkw
