Almost two years ago, I joined Christian Gorgas and Philipp Desgranges at new soul to shift massage from an indulgence to a habit that supports long-term wellbeing. Since then, we’ve opened 9 studios in 4 cities, built a team of 120+ amazing people — and reached a customer satisfaction level we are truly proud of ( NPS = 92 !). After an intense learning journey as Chief of Staff, I’m now stepping into the role of Head of Growth. My focus: 🚀 Driving awareness during our accelerated expansion (1 new studio per month — next up: Cologne) 🤝 Growing our members community & partners network 💜 Building a love brand people truly connect with … plus a few things we’re not ready to share just yet. Since growth is never a solo effort: I’m looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager to join my team. And because our journey is just getting started, we’re also hiring a stellar Founders Associate to support on Expansion & Business Development. Very grateful for the journey so far.
