Reflections from the European Respiratory Society 2025 meeting – Progress and Perspective in Pulmonary Fibrosis The 2025 ERS Congress in Amsterdam offered a refreshing mix of hope, challenge, and satisfaction for the pulmonary fibrosis community. From encouraging Fibroneer data with nerandomilast (Jascayd) to insights on inhaled treprostinil, the meeting highlighted real progress after years of frustration. At the same time, challenges in study design, combination tolerability, and placebo control strategies remind us how complex this field remains.
