🔮 Looking ahead 10 - 15 years, changemakers expressed predominantly cautious expectations for the European economy. 🤔 Nearly half (48%) assess future developments as rather bad 37.2%) or very bad 10.3%) 🙃 Compared to 39.1% who remain cautiously optimistic and expect it to be rather good (31.4%) or very good (7.7%). 🤐 At the same time, 13.5% offered no assessment at all, highlighting a sense of uncertainty alongside pessimism. Overall, the findings suggest that near to medium-term concerns slightly outweigh optimism, a sharp contrast to the highly hopeful long-term visions changemakers expressed for Europe’s economy in 2040.
