Leading Sales, Operations and Organizational Transformation for ALTEN Nederland
June 2025 marked my 8th anniversary at ALTEN Germany. Moreover it has been my last month of activity for our german subsidiary, before taking on a new challenge and responsibility as director for ALTEN Nederland. Occasions like the Alten Germany Summit and several others have been good opportunities to reunite with colleagues and reflect on the years of activity in Stuttgart. My conclusions: It all happened so fast. We’ve evolved and adapted so many times that I almost lost count, both in terms of business, customer relationship and internal structures and processes. We realized extreme growth, but we also had significant setbacks. But through all these phases, I truly believe that we have built something special and I’m really grateful to have been a part of this development. Many thanks are due, some of them to people that have since moved on from our organisation. Thanks Yves-Antoine Brun, Rene Esser & Marco H. for trusting & supporting me from the beginning, but also for being true role models, each in your own way.
