Five weeks of brain training. Measured 20 years later. The results from this study should change how we think about cognitive health. In a 20-year follow-up, older adults who completed a short, structured program of adaptive cognitive speed training showed lower rates of dementia decades later, with the difficulty increasing as they improved.
