🌱 Hactl Wins 2026 Air Cargo Sustainability Award Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) has won the Corporate Category at the 2026 TIACA Air Cargo Sustainability Awards for its pioneering "Redefining Cargo Packaging Through Circular Materials" project. The independent cargo giant made history by becoming the first terminal operator to develop and lab-validate a 100% closed-loop recycled plastic cargo film. By collaborating with advanced materials institutes, Hactl shattered the industry's traditional 50% recycled-content limit—overcoming severe tensile strength and elasticity challenges to create an eco-friendly polyethylene sheet that fully preserves aviation-grade mechanical performance.
