Over the summer, I had the amazing opportunity to intern with Eagle Construction of VA, where I gained hands-on experience with innovative approaches to design and construction. I conducted research into emerging design trends and construction practices, and helped translate insights into design concepts and floor plans. I also learned from a talented team of professionals in the TEC lab about how innovative thinking and practical application come together to shape impactful projects. I’m grateful to Nathan Blinn, Ph.D., AIA, Matt McKeag, and the TEC lab team for this opportunity and look forward to carrying these lessons into the next phase of my architecture, construction, and sustainable design journey.
