With over a year as Head of Poultry at Etihad Group in Karbala, Iraq, Shaun directs end-to-end operational oversight and full vertical integration for an enterprise producing 380 million birds annually. Previously, as Head of Broiler Operations at Etihad Group, he scaled regional production capacity from 90 million to 380 million birds annually while integrating multi-departmental operations. Prior experience includes Broiler Manager at Almarai in Saudi Arabia, where he managed broiler farms producing 225 million birds per year, and Regional Manager at 2 Sisters Food Group in the UK, managing broiler farming and operations for a large UK integration. He also served as an independent poultry consultant and traded financial instruments as a Foreign Exchange Trader. Shaun brings a unique ability to combine poultry operations leadership and supply chain optimisation with precision farming, project management, and cross-cultural team development, ensuring that large-scale poultry enterprises achieve maximum efficiency, quality, and growth.
