𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗶𝘅 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗺, 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶. Located on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the development marks the region's first Six Senses hotel and branded residences. Innovo's scope encompassed the full construction of 66 luxury suites, 163 branded residences including penthouses and Sky Villas, and 9 beachfront Signature Villas. At the core of the development is a 60,000 square foot social and wellness club offering a longevity clinic, IV lounge and biohacking facilities. Our MEP team delivered the complete MEP package, and our Solutions team supplied the architectural and decorative lighting across the project, including landscape, façade and energy-efficient LED solutions designed for the coastal environment. Developed to achieve LEED Silver certification, the project reflects Innovo’s commitment to sustainable construction and high-quality delivery.
