Hi, I'm Chelsea 🩵 I'm passionate about people, leadership, and helping others recognize the greatness that's already within them. I believe people matter more than performance. That authenticity beats perfection. And that the best leaders don't have all the answers—they create environments where others can discover their own. Outside of coaching, you'll usually find me with a cup of coffee, having a meaningful conversation, cooking for the people I love, or recharging by the ocean. A few more things you should know about me... • I never thought I'd go to college. Today, I hold a Master's in Organizational Psychology. And consider myself a life long learner! • I've experienced toxic work environments, but I've also had the privilege of working alongside leaders who showed me what great leadership truly looks like. • I'm a recovering hyper-achiever who has learned that success means very little if it comes at the expense of your well-being. • Through it all, my faith has grounded me and reminded me that growth is rarely linear. I've learned I can make all the plans I want, but God often has a different—and better—one. • Today, I'm building a business that feels exciting, terrifying, and deeply meaningful all at the same time. And honestly? I wouldn't have it any other way. Most importantly, I hope people leave every interaction with me feeling seen, encouraged, and believing just a little more in themselves than they did before.
