Job Title: Sales Manager – PET Recycling / Rigid Packaging Location: Ikorodu, Lagos Salary: 700K-900K gross Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for a PET recycling plant. The ideal candidate must have strong industry experience within PET recycling or rigid packaging, with a proven ability to develop markets, manage key accounts, and close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion Identify and secure new business opportunities across manufacturing, FMCG, and packaging sectors Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and bulk buyers Drive sales of recycled PET products (flakes, pellets, etc.) Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure demand-supply alignment Track sales performance, pipeline, and deliver on revenue targets Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in PET recycling or rigid packaging industry Strong preference for candidates from similar companies. Deep understanding of plastic recycling value chain or packaging materials market Proven track record in B2B sales, key account management, and deal closure Strong network within packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors Excellent negotiation, communication, and commercial skills Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment Qualified/interested candidates should forward CVs to '[email protected]' using title as the subject of the email.
