Job Title: Sales Manager- Flexibles Packaging Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Lagos. Reports To: Sales & Marketing Lead Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and execute strategic marketing initiatives to maximize company returns. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective key account management. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Develop sales forecasts using market and historical data insights. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Manage product mix, pricing, and sales performance in line with market dynamics. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments in line with credit policies. Prepare and present sales reports, revenue analysis, and forecasts to management. Address customer complaints and provide technical product support. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field. Minimum 7 years’ experience in the flexible packaging or converting industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
