Job Title: HR & Admin Officer Location: Shomolu Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Salary: 200,000 Key Responsibilities • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction processes. • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files. • Administer attendance, leave management, and HR policies. • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives. • Handle payroll inputs and liaise with relevant service providers. • Manage office administration, facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships. • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies. • Prepare HR and administrative reports as required. • Support training, welfare, and staff development activities. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2–4 years' experience in HR and administrative operations. • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices. • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
