Job Title: Head of Foundation Programs & Strategic Initiatives Location: Victoria Island (Onsite) Salary: ₦1M – ₦1.2M Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead program execution, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, project management and strategic initiatives for a growing foundation in Lagos. The ideal candidate will support the Founder in driving impactful programs, managing grants, coordinating projects/events, overseeing monitoring & evaluation (MEL), and ensuring alignment with the Foundation’s vision and objectives. Required Skills Candidates must have strong experience in programme management within an NGO or non-profit environment, with proven ability to manage stakeholders, donor relations, reporting, partnerships, and cross-functional projects.
