Job Title: Category/Commercial Product Manager (Agrochemicals) Location: Ibadan Industry: Agrochemical Job Summary Our client, a leading player in the agriculture industry, is seeking a Category/Commercial product Manager to drive the growth and performance of its crop protection product portfolio. The role involves category planning, product performance monitoring, market analysis, and close collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams to improve product availability, market share, and farmer adoption. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of category strategies aligned with sales and growth targets. Monitor product and portfolio performance, including new product launches. Work with sales teams to improve product distribution and support trade promotions, farmer activations, and field campaigns. Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide pricing and product positioning. Prepare periodic reports on category performance, sales growth, and market trends. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, or Marketing (Minimum 2:1). 3–6 years’ experience in category management, marketing, or sales operations within agrochemical or FMCG industries. Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
