Job Title: Business Development & Client Relations Manager Location: Lagos Industry: Engineering Services (Oil & Gas) Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 Monthly Job Summary: Our client, a leading engineering services company providing world-class solutions to the oil & gas and industrial sectors, is seeking an experienced Business Development & Client Relations Manager to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing new deals. Candidates must possess strong relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills, with proven experience within the engineering, oil & gas, or industrial services sector. Requirements/Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 4 years' business development experience in the oil & gas, engineering, or industrial sector. Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closure. Strong network within the oil & gas industry will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
