Job Title: Agricultural Data Management Officer Department: Plantation Location: Benin, Edo State. Reports To: R&D Manager / Chief Agric Officer We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Agricultural Data Management Officer to support our client plantation operations through data collection, analysis, and reporting. The role focuses on extracting and managing data from ERP and GIS systems, analyzing field and agronomic data (yield, planting, fertilization, harvesting, labor, machinery use), and developing dashboards to track KPIs and improve productivity. Key Responsibilities: Extract, clean, and analyze operational and field data Develop automated dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau/Excel) Conduct geospatial and statistical analysis for crop monitoring and land use planning Ensure data integrity across ERP, GIS, and field systems Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs Train field teams on data tools and quality control Requirements: Degree in Data Science, Agronomy, GIS, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field 5–8 years’ experience in agricultural data management (oil palm experience preferred) Strong SQL and proficiency in Python or R Experience with ERP systems and analytics tools Willingness to work in rural/plantation locations Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to work independently.
