Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager Location: Benin, Edo State. Job-mode: Full-Time (Onsite) Our client, a leading agribusiness and manufacturing group is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to drive budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic financial decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts Deliver monthly performance reports and variance analysis Build financial models and support business decisions Partner with commercial/operations teams to drive performance Support cash flow planning and working capital management Improve FP&A processes, reporting, and system efficiency Requirements/Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACA/ACCA/CFA preferred) 8–12 years’ experience in FP&A or financial analysis Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling Advanced Excel and ERP/reporting tools experience Solid understanding of financial statements and business drivers Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Qualified/Interested candidates should apply via: [email protected] with the Subject: FP&A Manager
