We’re so excited to welcome two new Associates to the ECC team! 🌍 🎓 Sam Goode, a UCL graduate in European Languages (Spanish and Italian), joins us ready to kickstart his career at the Early Careers Company – using his languages in a professional setting, gaining exposure to global clients and contributing to The Ladder Group’s wider social cause. 💼 Giacomo Vivanco, who recently graduated from the University of York with a First-Class BSc in Business & Management, is passionate about building meaningful early careers & client relationships as well as growing his career in the early careers space.
