We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager at TCM! 🚨 This role is for someone who can take ownership of how our content reaches people, from planning campaigns and managing platforms to tracking performance and figuring out what actually works. You’ll be working closely with content and production teams, while leading the digital side of things. This includes: - Planning and executing digital campaigns - Managing publishing across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) - Tracking performance and optimizing based on data - Driving audience growth and engagement - Coordinating with content and production teams - Exploring new growth channels (communities, newsletters, partnerships) There’s a lot of room here to build, experiment, and shape how we grow as a platform.
