Global Keynote Speaker, Author, Wellbeing Expert & Expedition Leader - ENFP - ‘Helping Individuals & Companies Be More Human’ - Unashamedly Neurodivergent (Bipolar/ADHD/PTSD/Dyslexia/Dyspraxia)

Humbled recently in sharing my story even further than I thought possible. Having been the primary #bipolar keynote speaker in the UK since 2015, I've spoken to hundreds of companies about being more human and changing lives within businesses Globally. This has led me to have millions of people share my story as far as the middle east and Africa. Contacted by an inspiration of mine, BBC/BBC News Journalist and Netflix phenomenon Raphael Rowe to take part in his podcast #secondchance talking about how I've turned a volatile and extreme childhood into something positive, my focus on changing peoples lives, so they don't face the darkness I have; or so that they simply know they're not alone. My journey into #veganism, through ManGang UK, StrongMen and how individuals like Geoff McDonald, Simon Berger & Mark Pigou, along with Spartan racing and the methodology of Joe De Sena, changed my life. It's exciting to announce that the podcast is now live and available to listen to online or download through channels like Spotify, Apple & Google among others.
