Today we have the pleasure of sharing the second in a series of four videos, off the back of the CEO Survey 2026 Launch we held earlier this month at Havas Village, The Rocks, Sydney. This time, we are talking with one of our 85 modern-day Argonauts who attended, and someone whom our founder Olivier Vojetta knows well, since they worked together at Macquarie Group for five years, sitting in front of one another at the same desk! After working together as part of the central Strategy team, supporting key strategic initiatives for the group, Romain Cardon moved to one of the business, BFS (Banking and Financial Services), Macquarie's retail banking and financial services division, covering personal banking, wealth management, and business banking, and is now a Division Director. It was a pleasure to talk to Romain and have him as part of our wonderfully diverse audience of bankers, CEOs and C-suite executives, founders, media, creatives, influencers, social media gurus, technology leaders, press, diplomats, and everything in between!
