Dr Marcella Bernardo received a Bachelor Degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Ouro Preto (Brazil) in 2013 and a Master Degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Itajubá (Brazil) in 2016. She joined the University of Wollongong in 2019 after obtaining a PhD in Production Engineering at the Universität Bremen (Germany). She works for SMART Infrastructure Facility and her expertise is Operations Research (OR). Marcella has taught a number of subjects related to OR and supervised internship projects and master’s theses in optimisation.
