Ali Al Sawaf | Commercial and Revenue Growth Leader Driving Retail and FMCG Transformation Ali Alsawaf is a senior commercial and revenue growth leader currently associated with Panda Retail Company – Savola Group, where he has played a central role in reshaping supplier management, strategic partnerships, and commercial innovation across large scale retail platforms, leveraging data, shopper insights, and monetization strategies to unlock sustainable growth. Ali Alsawaf brings over fourteen years of experience spanning multinational FMCG, modern trade, HoReCa, e-commerce, and large retail ecosystems. He began his career with Red Bull, building on-ground market coverage, before moving to BRF, where he led modern trade sales, merchandising, and national account execution across the Western and Southern regions. He later joined Berain Water as National Key Accounts Manager, managing modern trade and HoReCa, launching a fighter brand, and owning trade agreements and commercial performance. At Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO), he held regional responsibility across the GCC and Jordan, leading modern trade, traditional trade, and e-commerce, launching the online channel from scratch and managing a multi-billion-riyal portfolio. At Panda Retail Company (Savola Group), he led supplier transformation, built the Retail Media Network from the ground up, and spearheaded high impact partnerships including Panda × Extra through Clix by Extra, converting stores into multi-category, revenue sharing retail hubs.
