#WBGMeetings recap: ➡  𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲. A new global platform — backed by the World Bank Group, MDBs, DFIs, and partners — to deliver water security to 1 billion people by 2030. 14 countries have already signed national water compacts. ➡ 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗷𝗼𝗯𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 — Mission 300, with the African Development Bank, is connecting 300M people in Africa to electricity by 2030. More broadly, The World Bank Group has already reached 215M with new or improved energy access, on the way to 575M.
