Hereโ€™s the reality: ๐Ÿ”น Commercial mediation is available in just 56% of economies ๐Ÿ”น Access drops sharply in lower-income countries, to less than 20% ๐Ÿ”น In Sub-Saharan Africa, only 26% of economies offer it ๐Ÿ”น Meanwhile, common law systems see higher uptake (73%) than civil law systems (49%) ๐—ช๐—ต๐˜† ๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ? Because mediation works differently. A neutral third party helps businesses resolve conflicts faster, preserve relationships, and find practical solutionsโ€”not just legal wins.
