Hey guys, what’s up, what’s up? Recently the US Team led by Q Quentin Flores and Garrett F. Sanchez had a Christmas party unlike any other because for the first time in their lives, they chowed down on Filipino food. Now what exactly is Filipino cuisine? Although not as popular as Japanese, Thai, or Vietnamese food, Filipino cuisine is slowly making its mark on the world stage as more and more Filipinos go abroad in search of a better life. And don’t let the name fool you because Filipino cuisine carries with it a host of influences from Spanish, Mexican, Chinese, American, and the countless ethnicities that live all over the archipelago.
