Real-world challenges require real-world collaboration, and UT San Antonio is creating new opportunities for students and faculty to make an impact. Through its first-ever 10-year Intergovernmental Support Agreement with the US Army Installation Management Command, UT San Antonio will support critical data analytics initiatives while giving students access to high-value datasets and hands-on research experiences. Initial projects will focus on analyzing environmental data, including PFAS and other drinking water contaminants across Army installations worldwide, using artificial intelligence, predictive analytics and interactive dashboards to inform decision-making.
