The Sterling Group Agrees to Sell Tangent Technologies to Platinum Equity The Sterling Group (“Sterling”), a middle market private equity firm, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Tangent Technologies (“Tangent”) to Platinum Equity.
