Last month, the leadership team at The St. Regis Singapore spent a fruitful day offsite at HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir to align our strategy for the year, and to build deeper bonds with each other. The morning started with an ice breaker activity, followed by sharing from Nick Heath, General Manager. Next, Hotel Manager, Owen Cooper led discussions around the hotel's Top 10 priorities for 2026, followed by team presentations. The afternoon was filled with team challenges in Action Motion which allowed hosts across different departments, the opportunity to work together to solve various competitive challenges. The day ended with a rooftop barbecue in the ManCave overlooking views of the reservoir. It was a day well spent to foster camaraderie, strengthen collaboration, and reaffirm our shared commitment which is "One Team, One Goal".
