The results from our latest poll are in: The majority of Americans don’t want to walk away from foreign aid. New data from Echelon Insights shows that Americans across political party lines support a broad range of global development programs and believe these programs are in the best interest of the United States. 8-in-10 Americans also say that the path forward is to strengthen foreign aid with tougher safeguards, not eliminate it.
