Important update for Realworks customers 🏠 We’re aware that some agencies have received some inaccurate information about what will happen to Realworks after 30 June 2026. To help provide clarity, we wanted to confirm what customers can expect as part of the transition to its new technology provider. From 30 June: - Realworks customers will continue to have access to REIQ contracts, forms and agreements - REIQ forms and contracts will remain available through Realworks. - Existing CRM integrations with Vault, Property Tree, PropertyMe, Reapit PM and Reapit Sales will be available from launch. Work is underway to ensure customers retain access to completed forms, with commonly used templates being progressively rolled out. Agencies will also receive access to My Agency Edge from 30 June, which will be an important step in supporting the transition.
