We are proud to have launched The R&A Women in Golf Leadership Foundation Programme in India for the first time, supported by the DP World India Championship Legacy Fund. This marks an exciting step in our commitment to opening golf to the world by investing in the people who will shape its future. The inaugural cohort brings together ten talented women from across the Indian golf industry, who will take part in a leadership development journey designed to build confidence, strengthen networks and support career progression. We look forward to following the journey of this first cohort over the coming months and celebrating their progress at the DP World India Championship in October.
