🚨 European Hematology Association 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲-𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: Practice-Changing Data Across Hematology From next-generation BTK inhibitors to in vivo CAR-T therapies, this year’s 𝗘𝗛𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 delivered a wave of data that could reshape treatment paradigms across CLL, myelofibrosis, multiple myeloma, AML, and beyond. 🔬 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘁𝘀: ✅ Eli Lilly and Company’s BRUIN CLL-322: Fixed-duration pirtobrutinib + venetoclax-rituximab significantly improved PFS and achieved deeper MRD responses in previously treated CLL/SLL. ✅ Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc.’s SENTRY Trial: Selinexor + ruxolitinib demonstrated superior spleen responses and encouraging survival signals in JAK inhibitor-naïve myelofibrosis. ✅ Bristol Myers Squibb’s SUCCESSOR-2: MeziKd nearly doubled median PFS versus Kd in heavily pretreated relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. ✅ Astellas Pharma’s PASHA Trial: Gilteritinib reduced relapse risk in newly diagnosed FLT3-mutated AML, though overall survival remained comparable to midostaurin. ✅ #ShenzhenPregeneBiopharma: BCMA CAR-T showed durable drug-free remissions and evidence of immune resetting in refractory primary immune thrombocytopenia. ✅ Legend Biotech’s LB2501: An in vivo CD19/CD20 dual-targeting CAR-T achieved impressive early response rates without lymphodepletion. ✅ AvenCell’s REVSTAR-123: First-in-class switchable allogeneic CAR-T delivered deep responses and MRD conversions in heavily pretreated CD123+ AML.
